Most cybersecurity firms are built for big tech companies. Kyntros is built for businesses that run on trucks, tools, and getting the job done. Practical cybersecurity that protects your operations without slowing you down.

Security Architecture
Good cybersecurity starts with a solid foundation. When systems grow without a plan, companies end up with a pile of tools that don’t work well together, confusing rules, and security gaps nobody notices until something breaks.
Kyntros helps businesses build security the right way from the ground up. We look at how your systems are actually used, where the weak spots are, and put the right protections in place around logins, devices, cloud systems, and monitoring. The goal isn’t to bury your team in complicated technology. It’s to build a setup that protects your business while letting people keep doing their jobs.
Taking a foundation-first approach cuts down on unnecessary tools, simplifies how security is managed, and makes sure every control actually protects something important. The result is a security program that’s easier to run, easier to explain during audits, and strong enough to grow alongside your business—without turning your technology into a complicated science project.
Compliance & CMMC
Compliance requirements are becoming a reality for many businesses working in defense, financial services, and other regulated industries. If you want to win contracts and keep them, cybersecurity standards are now part of the deal. But compliance should be more than just filling out paperwork once and hoping it holds up during an audit.
Kyntros helps businesses get ready for requirements like CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls without turning the process into a bureaucratic nightmare. We review your current environment, identify the gaps, and walk you through the practical steps needed to bring your systems and processes up to standard.
Our goal isn’t just to help you check boxes for an auditor. We help you put real protections in place that hold up during reviews, protect your business from actual threats, and keep you eligible for the contracts your company depends on.
Cybersecurity for Companies That Build.
Incident Response
No system is perfect, and sooner or later something goes wrong. What matters most in a cyber incident is how quickly you can contain the problem and get your business back up and running.
Kyntros helps organizations respond when security incidents happen. We work with your team to contain the threat, coordinate investigation and recovery, and get critical systems back online as quickly as possible. The focus is always on stabilizing operations, protecting important data, and keeping disruption to a minimum.
Once the situation is under control, we dig into what happened and why. That allows us to strengthen the right controls, close the gaps that were exposed, and make sure the same problem doesn’t come back to shut down the job again.
Incident Response Retainer
Preparation makes all the difference when something goes wrong. An Incident Response Retainer with Kyntros ensures your business already has experienced security support in place before a cyber incident happens.
Instead of scrambling to find help in the middle of a crisis, retainer clients have priority access to guidance when it matters most. We work with your team ahead of time to understand your systems, identify critical operations, and establish clear response procedures so everyone knows what to do if something goes sideways.
When an incident occurs, you have immediate access to experienced support to help contain the threat, coordinate investigation and recovery, and get systems and operations back online as quickly as possible.
Fractional CISO
Many organizations need experienced cybersecurity leadership but don’t need a full-time security executive. Kyntros provides fractional security leadership that gives your business strategic guidance without the cost and overhead of hiring a full-time CISO.
We work with your leadership team to set security priorities, build a clear roadmap, evaluate vendors, and make sure the right protections are in place. Our role is to help you make smart security decisions that support your operations and long-term business goals.
Fractional leadership brings structure and accountability to your security program. Instead of guessing what to do next, your organization gets clear direction, practical guidance, and a security strategy that grows alongside your business.
Industries
Kyntros works with businesses that operate in demanding, real-world environments. Our clients manage crews, equipment, job sites, sensitive data, and contracts that require strong cybersecurity practices.
We support manufacturers, defense and aerospace suppliers, construction companies, infrastructure operators, energy providers, and other businesses where operations have to keep moving and systems have to stay reliable.
These industries share the same challenge: downtime is expensive, compliance is often required, and security cannot get in the way of getting the job done. Our approach is built to protect your business while keeping operations running.
About Kyntros
Kyntros was founded by someone who understands rugged environments long before cybersecurity. Before building security programs, he served as a Marine working on classified computer systems in places where internet access didn’t exist and problems had to be solved with whatever tools were available. Later, as an Army National Guard infantryman, he spent plenty of time carrying heavy gear, sleeping in the cold, working through hot days, and pushing through long uncomfortable conditions.
Outside the military, that same hands-on mindset never went away. Engines have been rebuilt, trucks and equipment repaired, houses remodeled, and plenty of projects finished the right way. There have been days stuck in the mud, days without cell service, and plenty of situations where the job still had to get done without perfect tools or perfect conditions.
Professionally, that same problem-solving mindset carried into cybersecurity. The founder of Kyntros previously worked as a Cyber Analyst, Cyber Engineer, and Cyber Architect for a large defense contractor supporting highly sensitive systems. He later led the 24/7/365 Cybersecurity Operations for a nationwide retailer, helping lead the protection of large and complex enterprise environments.
That combination of military discipline, hands-on mechanical experience, and real-world cybersecurity leadership shapes how Kyntros approaches security today. No hype, no unnecessary complexity, and no fragile solutions that only work in perfect environments. Just practical protection built the same way any reliable system is built: strong foundations, the right tools, and systems that hold up when things get rough.
If you’ve ever rebuilt an engine in your garage, fixed equipment just to keep the job moving, or figured something out the hard way because there wasn’t another option, you’ll understand exactly how Kyntros approaches cybersecurity.
